When examining apple products and their prices we can see that they apeal to a specific group of people. Their products apeal to innovators who want to have the newest in the market. Their prices appeal to Higher and middle class because of the fact that you really do need to be able to afford an apple product. Their products provide simplicity as well as innovation. Perhaps their greatest success is the iphone which appeals to such a large number of people because of the vast amount of apps that can be downloaded onto the phone. they also offer great costumer support that really makes you feel like you are being taken care of.

By looking at apples prices they target mid to higher income families that are able to afford it. The products they produce target most people because they are able to help most age groups with everday tasks. For business people most their products help organize daily task. They prodive music to the consumers personal choices. They also have a wide choice of apps for consumers even made by consumers to help with possible programs they missed.

ebay is a great company. To begin with their major advantage or strength is the facility to sell all over the world without requiring a mass of employees. This works greatly to their advantage. Even though they offer a service they allow third parties to post products that in many ways excel their PR. Their weaknesses, they are very unpersonal since the deals or the service is provided through a web server. They offer many opportunities worldwide, to consumers or potential retailers would be aiding ebay with advertisement. Threats are many and yet more to come. Amazon, google, believe or not is a real threat to ebay, competion will always be there..

For the Make up blog, I want to talk about the Cummings park properties located in a few places. One is very close to my home in Woburn i work right across the street from where it is located. Cummings properties is huge they always have space available for small buisnesses to rent and although i heard from many people its expensive to rent out for some small buisness owners. Enspecially because of the bad economy buisness are not doing well and everyone is looking for a decent price. Cummings properties has spread out as the company has grown, they are building new areas in marlbourough.

Ebay is able to strive as a business because it’s specific list of swot traits. It’s strengths are not having to have an actually location or product. Also the customers can access Ebay’s services from anywhere in the world including their own homes. They also allow their users to be both sellers and buyers, so their website is fully functional to different groups of people. Ebay’s weakness come with the fact that their is no guarantee when I comes to the products and service on their website. People can falsely advertise things on ebay and ebay is held accountable for those things. When people file a complaint, it is will ebay and not the seller of the product. The opportunities that ebay have come in running cost, they don’t have to buy any of the product and they do have to worry about selling the products. They just have to give sellers and buyers a place for their transactions to take place, and ebay takes a percent of the profit. Ebay threats are other companys that model themselves after ebay and then take people away from ebay. They can not promise that their will always be sellers and buyer on their website. Analyzing all these aspects lead me to believe that ebay has many things that could stop them from having a successful business but they have over come these things and become the go to site for buying and selling online goods.

Amazon another great website to find bargains and do online shopping. Never thought about the statistics until: Amazons EPS in 2007 was $1.15. In 2008 it was at $1.52. Then in 2009 it was at $2.08 and is now at $2.30. I would think the market would go down and the numbers would be low, however amazon is doing just fine. They have no problem making money because their numbers have increased every year. This means profit for amazon, what a deal!

Everybody uses google, wheter its for school, buisness or just whatever. Now how would anybody know that a free website such as google was making millions? Withouot researching or digging more about the profit margin i would of never known the statistics. For 2007 the profit margins was 25.29% then in 2008 it went down a little to 24.89 and then in 2009 27.57%. overall google is doing just fine without people actuallly knowing how they are consuming money.

Everybody knows about EBAY wheter your in the USA or China. Having such a popular and successful website available to us at all time makes it easier to recognize the companies strenghts, weaknesses, oppurtunitys and threats. The strenghts would be the companies customers who continuously shop and sell on ebay, thats what makes the company still available. The weaknesses i would say are the cutomer reviews. If your customers are not happy then how can you run such a big buisness without having the support of your customers. Oppurtunitys are always coming and going, in this case Ebay is well recognized and advertised pretty to be getting oppurtinites as a buisness. The threats would definitly be the competition amongst the other companins such as craigs list and amazon. Also when matters get worse and illegal things start happening, this is not good for the site.

apple is the the number one product right now in the market ! it has many product for any aged group. however the apple product for tv are slow in picking up the pace. however i would n’t buy an apple because i love my pc and mp3 players devices.
